Butt Camp is a great way to get a taste of what CrossFit is all about! Based on “Boot Camp” style workouts, Butt Camp uses CrossFit methods of working out in a group setting allowing each person to work as hard as they feel they need to in order to complete the tasks asked of them. All ages and physical abilities are welcome to attend. 

You may find yourself flipping a tire with a group of your peers, jumping up on things, leaping down the sidewalk, carrying heavy things through the parking lot, doing burpees or many other variety of challenges. Butt Camp is more effort based rather than a typical CrossFit class which is skill and effort based. This allows the novice athlete and the seasoned Firebreather to join in the fun!

A few pointers and movement lessons are included with each Butt Camp, along with some stretching/warming up, and then a 20-30 minute workout! Many workouts are group based where you work as a team competing against another team to complete tasks. Other times is every man for themselves! The only certainty about Butt Camp is that it will kick your butt!

Butt Camp is held Saturday mornings at 9:00 at CrossFit SISU in Wayzata. Your first session is free, join us on a regular basis for $15 per week. Please call in advance if you would like to attend at 612-859-2033
