If you have purchased the 3 intro classes and a 1 month unlimited CrossFit membership, CONGRATULATIONS! 

Here is what you need to know to get started:


1. You must attend 3 intro classes. This gives us the opportunity to see how you move and what you are capable of for future workouts.  The intro classes last about 90 minutes. These classes are held at both 7:30am and 7:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Each day will showcase new skills so you must attend one Monday class, one Tuesday class, and one Wednesday class. If you can not attend all three in one week, that is fine. Come back and finish up the next week. 

2. After your three intro classes are complete, you will be able to join the regular scheduled classes. If you feel you are not quite ready for regular classes, you may attend as many of the intro classes as you would like during the months time. 

3. Once you purchase the deal, go to our online scheduler and create username and password in the NEW TO OUR SITE box. You will be able to choose the Intro Classes you would like to attend.  INTRO CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 15 PEOPLE  and are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis. 

4. The next Intro classes will start June 4th and run every week with the exception of the July 4th weekend.

The first step to getting into CrossFit is to ask yourself one question: Are you ready? 

Are you ready to learn? Are you ready to sweat? Are you ready to embrace uncomfortable as your new comfortable? Are you ready to become a better person and live a better life? CrossFit is not designed with tearing you apart and leaving you laying on the floor as it’s success measure. CrossFit is designed to allow and encourage you to do that to yourself! CrossFit is as much of a mental test as it is a fitness test.

If you feel as though you are truly ready for a fitness adventure, email or call us to set up your first intro session. The first intro session will include:

  1. A closer look at what CrossFit is all about
  2. An assessment of your fitness goals
  3. Introductory movements associated with CrossFit using only bodyweight and light props
  4. A bodyweight based workout

Intro classes last approximately 90 minutes. There is no charge for the first introductory class. 

If you decide the CrossFit method is for you, 2 more group sessions similar to the intro class will follow. These classes will focus mainly on form and understanding of the movements with short intense workouts at the end of class. These classes meet Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30pm a cost of $100.

If you would like a more personal approach to your new fitness program, a five class, one hour intro package is offered on a one-on-one basis for $300. Scheduled times are flexible with this program. 

Once completed with intro classes, if you and your coach are in agreement that you are ready for the group classes, you are welcome to join our community!
