The first step to getting into CrossFit is to ask yourself one question: Are you ready?
Are you ready to learn? Are you ready to sweat? Are you ready to embrace uncomfortable as your new comfortable? Are you ready to become a better person and live a better life? CrossFit is not designed with tearing you apart and leaving you laying on the floor as it’s success measure. CrossFit is designed to allow and encourage you to do that to yourself! CrossFit is as much of a mental test as it is a fitness test.
If you feel as though you are truly ready for a fitness adventure, email or call us to set up a one-on-one interview. This interview will include:
- A closer look at what CrossFit is all about
- An assessment of your fitness goals
- Introductory movements associated with CrossFit using only bodyweight and light props
- A bodyweight based workout
Interview and related activities take about 60-90 minutes. There is no charge for this introductory class.
If you decide the CrossFit method is for you, 5 more group sessions similar to the interview follow. These classes will focus mainly on form and understanding of the movements with short intense workouts at the end of class. These classes meet Wednesday, Friday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday over 10 consecutive days at 7:30 PM. The cost of the 5 classes is $150.
If you would like a more personal approach to your new fitness program, the 5 classes are offered on a one-on-one basis for $275. Scheduled times are flexible with this program.
Once completed with intro classes, if you and your coach are in agreement that you are ready for the group classes, you are welcome to join our community!
