SISU Kids - CrossFit movements and activities specially designed for young bodies and minds

SISU Yoga - yoga techniques designed to cater specifically to the needs of CrossFitters

SISU Endurance - supplemental programming for endurance athletes who want to stay in the endurance game with a fraction of the “normal” training time

SISU Olympic Lifting - classes structured and specifically focused on developing the Olympic style weight lifting.
