Thomas Richards

Thomas grew up in Minnetonka, MN, and took up weightlifting from a young age. Through the inspiration of his cousin, he developed a passion for exercise and all of the benefits that come along with it. After years of traditional bodybuilding and strength programming, he discovered CrossFit and began doing WODs in his garage. After a number of years of going at it alone, he decided to join a box and fell in love with the community and competitive nature.
