Hyrox at SISU Excelsior began in April 2025, bringing a fresh, endurance-driven twist to fitness for those who love CrossFit but are looking for a longer grind and race-day atmosphere. 

Workouts happen every Saturday at 9:30am with SISU owner Coach Pat, consistently attracting a dedicated and welcoming crew. It’s the ideal way to start your weekend—train hard, push your edge, and connect with others who are goal-oriented and fired up about progress.

Whether you’re gearing up for your first Hyrox competition or just want to level up your stamina in a fun and team-focused environment, SISU Excelsior is your spot. How many times per week should I train?
If you’re just getting started, 2–3 sessions a week is a great pace. For those prepping for a race or looking to build momentum, 4–5 weekly sessions can take your training further.

Do I have to be a runner to join?
Not at all. While Hyrox includes running, we work with every athlete to improve their pacing, technique, and overall conditioning. You’ll get better over time—with full coaching support.
