Foundational program that builds throughout the 10 weeks on functional movement patterns.

  • Weeks 1-5: Learn to properly move with kettlebells, dumbbells & bodyweight movements.
  • Weeks 6-10: Progress into foundational barbell movements.

AGES 11-13

Intermediate to advanced class for older kids that want to learn barbell movements that mimic a traditional CrossFit Class. Ideal for cross training for other sports and learning how to properly strength and condition a young athlete.
