Summer Athlete Program

JUNE 10 - AUGUST 16, 2024

Learn proper movement technique for body weight and appropriately weighted implements, such as kettlebells & dumbbells, progressing into foundational barbell movements. Ideal for crosstraining for sports and learning how to properly strengthen and condition a young athlete.

AGES 8-13
