SISU Strength and Conditioning

SISU Strength & Conditioning is a 60-minute class focused on building strength in the primary power lifts: squats, bench press, and overhead press.


Along with the strength focus, this class also includes a conditioning component, incorporating a variety of functional movements performed at relative high intensity.
