SISU Endurance is a 45 minutescardio sweat fest designed to get you working hard for short intervals with built in recovery time.

This interval training class blends running, rowing and biking and focuses on building aerobic capacity, burning fat, and increasing endurance.

SISU Strength & Conditioning is a 60-minute class focused on building strength in the primary power lifts: squats, bench press, and overhead press.

Along with the strength focus, this class also includes a conditioning component, incorporating a variety of functional movements performed at relative high intensity.
