Endurance/Intervals

Our SISU Endurance class is a 45 minutes cardio sweat fest designed to let you work your hardest for short intervals with built in recovery time. As a well-researched training method, our interval training class blends running, rowing, and biking on our Assault Air bikes and focuses on building aerobic capacity, burning fat, and increasing endurance. Open to all fitness levels. Come try out our class today!
