Our Coaches

Meet Head Coach Pat

Pat is a dedicated coach and mentor who exemplifies servant leadership, using fitness to empower others. A seasoned CrossFit athlete, he has achieved top rankings in national and international competitions, including 14th fittest worldwide in the 50-54 age division at the 2018 CrossFit Games. With over 10,000 classes coached since 2009, his deep expertise shapes training programs that enhance both physical and mental resilience. At SISU, he goes beyond coaching movements—he builds relationships, fosters community, and helps individuals overcome challenges to reach their full potential.
