Christina, originally from South Florida, found her passion for CrossFit and Nutrition in early 2012 when she joined a CrossFit gym and lost 90 pounds. Now, she dedicates her time to CrossFit SISU and SISU Nutrition coaching, helping others through fitness and food. Christina lives in Plymouth with her husband Thomas and their Golden Retriever, Nova. She enjoys leading the SISU community, intense workouts, and helping people change their eating habits.
