About the course:
This will be the first in a series of three seminars on the barbell clean, lead by coach Sam Hovda.
– One hour small group instruction breaking down the clean
– Warm up, drills, practice and, one on one coaching
– Leave with drills and skills to practice for Clean 2 and Clean 3
– No prerequisites required for Clean 1
