Rx: Burpee Broad Jump 800m

Option 2: Share with a partner

Scaled: Burpee Broad Jump 400m

At home: 200 Burpees for time

Meet us at the track at Minnetonka Middle School East Sunday at 9:30AM. SISU will donate $10 to our fundraiser for each person that shows up at the track and completes one of the workout options.

Items you’ll need:

  • A pair of gloves to protect your hands
  • Knee sleeves or leggings to protect your legs
  • Plenty of water!
