Scaled: Burpee Broad Jump 400m
At home: 200 Burpees for time
Meet us at the track at Minnetonka Middle School East Sunday at 9:30AM. SISU will donate $10 to our fundraiser for each person that shows up at the track and completes one of the workout options.
Items you’ll need:
- A pair of gloves to protect your hands
- Knee sleeves or leggings to protect your legs
- Plenty of water!
