I have been doing CrossFit for the last 4-5 years at another gym and was seeing some good progress. I was getting stronger, setting PR’s, and feeling pretty good. I joined SISU about 8 months ago and knew I could be doing better and that my nutrition was a big factor in making progress, but I didn’t know how to fix it. I reached out to Christina to get on a plan because I had been hearing such great things about SISU Nutrition from the 5:30 am crew.
I started seeing results quickly as we continued to adjust my (macronutrient) numbers. By the end of week 2, they were dialed in. Over the 12-week program, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and my birthday, I am down 20 lbs and counting. The best part has been that I didn’t have to “give up” anything, I just had to work it into the numbers.
